🌿 Making Sense of Your Worth – For Teenagers 🌿
Many teenagers know they matter — but don’t always feel it.
Making Sense of Your Worth is a gentle, guided group for teens who feel overwhelmed, unsure of themselves, or disconnected inside.
Using the Halo Project framework, teens learn:
✨ Why worth can feel confusing
✨ How stress and comparison affect confidence
✨ Simple tools to feel calmer, steadier, and more secure
This is not therapy and not about fixing anything. It’s about building self-trust, grounding, and emotional stability.
🌱 For teens who:
• Feel pressured or stuck
• Appear “okay” but don’t feel it
• Want more confidence and calm
🕊️ What to expect:
• Small, supportive group
• Trauma-informed, age-appropriate guidance
• Practical tools for school and home

FAQ's
Making Sense of Your Worth – Teen Group
1. Is this counseling or therapy?
No. This is not counseling or therapy. This is an educational, skill-building group that helps teens understand self-worth, emotional regulation, and practical tools for everyday life. No diagnosis or clinical treatment is provided.
2. Who is this group for?
This group is for teens who may feel overwhelmed, unsure of themselves, or emotionally “stuck,” but who are able to participate safely in a small group setting. Teens do not need to be in crisis to benefit.
3. Is this appropriate if my teen is struggling emotionally?
Yes, as long as your teen is not in crisis and can engage in a group environment. This group is not appropriate for teens who are actively at risk of harming themselves or others.
4. What if my teen is already in counseling?
This group can complement counseling but does not replace it. We encourage parents to consult with their teen’s counselor if they have questions about fit.
5. What happens during a typical session?
Sessions include guided discussion, simple body-based tools, reflection activities, and practical strategies teens can use at school and at home. Participation is always voluntary—teens are never forced to share.
6. What if my teen misses a class?
Because this is a closed 8-week group, missed sessions are not refunded. When appropriate, brief summary resources may be provided to help your teen stay connected to the material.
7. Why do you require enrollment for the full 8 weeks?
The group is designed to build week by week. Consistent attendance helps create safety, trust, and meaningful progress for all participants.
