I Am Loved
I am loved fully and completely by God. His love has no ending and is unconditional. His love is pure and overflows me and every part of me. He has loved me since the beginning and has never stopped loving me, and His love for me will never fail. I am His child, He formed and created me and I am His.
Heavenly Father, Help me to feel your love all the way. Not only knowing that I am loved, but feeling your love for me. The Scripture says that you love me and that I am your child, that you have loved me since the beginning and that nothing can separate me from your love. Please take away all the lies that I have been told, all the lies that my body believes and replace them with the truth that you love me. Please take away the darkness and replace it with your light.
Body, I want you to fully connect to God’s love and let go of anything and everything else. I want the walls around my heart down, so I can fully feel your love for me.
1 John 3:1 - See how great a love the Father has given us, that we would be called children of God; and in fact we are. For this reason the world does not know us: because it did not know Him.
Romans 5:8 - But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
Ephesians 2:4 - But God, being rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us,
Romans 8:35-39 -
Who will separate us from the love of Christ? Will tribulation, or trouble, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or danger, or sword? Just as it is written:
“For Your sake we are killed all day long;
We were regarded as sheep to be slaughtered.”
But in all these things we overwhelmingly conquer through Him who loved us. For I am convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Psalm 86:15 - But You, Lord, are a compassionate and gracious God, Slow to anger and abundant in mercy and truth.
I Am Not Alone
Joshua 1:9 - Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous! Do not be terrified nor dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.”
Deuteronomy 31:6 - Be strong and courageous, do not be afraid or in dread of them, for the Lord your God is the One who is going with you. He will not desert you or abandon you.”
Psalm 27:10 - For my father and my mother have forsaken me, But the Lord will take me up
Matthew 28:20 - Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you. And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”
I am not alone, never have been and never will be. God is always with me, right by my side, leading me and guiding me, protecting me. No matter where I go, God is right here. He will never fail me or leave me. He will always hold me close.
Heavenly Father, Please help me to know that I am not alone and that you are with me. No matter how I might feel right now, I ask that you make your presence known to me. Can you please take away the lies that I have been told and that I am believing about being alone and replace them with your truth? The Scripture says that you will never leave me, never fail me and will be with me wherever I go. Please make that true to me.
Body, you are not alone. God is with you and He is in you. Let go of all the lies and connect to the truth that He is with you no matter what, and nothing will cause Him to leave. Allow God to sit on the Throne Seat of every part of you and listen to His truths of love, all the way.
I Am Accepted
John 6:37 - "All that the Father gives Me will come to Me, and the one who comes to Me I will certainly not cast out."
1 Peter 2:4 - "And coming to Him as to a living stone which has been rejected by men, but is choice and precious in the sight of God,"
Romans 15:7 - "Therefore, accept one another, just as Christ also accepted us to the glory of God."
I am accepted and chosen by God, He formed and created me and there is nothing I need to do for Him to accept me. He will never reject me when I go to Him, He will always be there with His arms open wide.
Heavenly Father, Please help me to understand and know that you accept me just as I am, that there is nothing I need to do for you to accept me. You will never reject me or cast me out, and you will always be there for me. Can you please take away the lies that I have been told and that I am believing about being rejected, abandoned and replace them with your truth? The Scripture says that I am precious in your sight, that you will not cast me out and that all I need to do is to come to you. Please make that true to me.
Body, you are accepted and wanted by God. You are precious to Him and He loves you. Let go of all the lies and connect to the truth that He loves you, accepts you, cherishes you, and that will never change.
I Am Forgiven
I am forgiven completely by God, there is nothing that I have done that He cannot forgive or does not forgive. He does not remember my sins and He will show me love and kindness when I call out to Him. He will cleanse me completely and I am made innocent in His eyes.
Heavenly Father, Please help me to fully understand that I am completely forgiven by you. Help me also to forgive myself and let go of things that I have done, just as you have forgotten the sins that I have committed throughout my life. Can you please take away the lies that I have been told and that I am believing about never being able to be forgiven and replace them with your truth? The Scripture says that you will remember my sins no more and will cleanse me from all unrighteousness.
Body, you are completely forgiven and righteous in God's eyes. I want you to let go of anything that you have done, that you may be holding against yourself from the past. You are free because Father God set you free. Jesus is walking with you carrying anything that feels heavy. This is how I want you to think, live, and feel. Your yoke is easy and your burden is light.
1 John 1:9 - "If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."
Hebrews 8:12 - "For I will be merciful to their iniquities, And I will remember their sins no
more,"
Psalm 86:5 - "For You, Lord, are good, and ready to forgive, And abundant in lovingkindness to all who call upon You."
Isaiah 43:25 - “I, even I, am the one who wipes out your transgressions for My own sake, And I will not
remember your sins."
I Have Peace
I have peace, the peace that comes from God. It is not peace as the world gives but it is the peace that my Heavenly Father gives - the peace that surpasses all understanding. Even though I may have problems, God will give me peace through them as we walk them out together.
Heavenly Father, please help me to feel your peace and be able to rest completely in it. Help me to go to you for peace and not try to find it in worldly things. Can you please take away the lies that I have been told and that I am believing about never being able to have peace and replace them with your truth? The Scripture says that you will give me peace that surpasses all understanding, that I can dwell in your safety. That I can go to you for anything and everything and you will help me.
Body, I want Heavenly Father to sit on the throne seat (the seat of authority) in my Heart. I want you to release fear, anger, stress, anxiety, and any lies that does not equal peace. Body, connect all the way to God’s love and truth as every part in me calms with the reality of the Kingdom living inside of me. I want you to have eyes and ears that is completely connected to Love. So, as you walk and talk and relationship, you engage the Kingdom and not this world.
John 16:33 - "I have said these things to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world.”
John 14:27 - "Peace I leave with you; My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Do not let your heart be troubled, nor let it be fearful."
Philippians 4:6-7 - "Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."
Psalms 4:8 - “In peace I will both lie down and sleep, For You alone, O Lord, make me to dwell in safety."
I Am Adopted
I am God’s child, He is a Father to me. A Father that loves me unconditionally and will never stop loving me. I am chosen by the Creator of the Universe. He called me by name. I hear His voice, and I answer Him. I am His child.
Heavenly Father, I know you as Father and believe you created me for now. Please help my heart engage what my mind knows. I want to engage the reality of your prayer, “on Earth as it is in Heaven.” My right as your child is to engage this Truth. Jesus thank you for showing me how to live on this Earth, as a child of God. I have been given the right to walk and talk with my Father now, and I accept this gift.
Body, I want you to connect with the reality of being a Child of God, with all the benefits given to me. I want you to release any lie that says I am not adopted and called your child. Body, release rejection, loneliness, fear of relationship or fear of man, or any false understanding that I must perform to enter the reality of a Child of God. Body connect to the Truth that you are chosen, accepted, adored, and continually engaged by the Father of Love. You are valuable, and free to live in Heaven on Earth.
Ephesians 1:5 - "He predestined us to adoption as sons through Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the kind intention of His will,”
Romans 8:15 - "For you have not received a spirit of slavery leading to fear again, but you have received a spirit of adoption as sons by which we cry out, “Abba! Father!"
John 1:12 - "But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, even to those who believe in His name,"
2 Corinthians 6:18 - “And I will be a father to you, And you shall be sons and daughters to Me,” Says the Lord Almighty."
I Am Chosen
I am chosen by God, who loves me and picked me for this time and season to represent Him on this Earth. He chose me to relationship with Him. This means I can walk and talk with Him, no matter what I’ve done or will do. He chose me not for what I can do, but for who I am. I am His child and valuable. I am loved and cherished. He enjoys spending time with me and knowing every part of me.
Father God, Thank you for loving me and choosing me. I love that you created me and you see me as good. Help me to know this throughout every part of my being. That I am chosen, valuable, and necessary. You don’t expect anything but desire to give me your love. I am thankful that your way is high above this world’s thinking and I desire to think as my Father thinks and feel as you do toward myself, you, and your other children.
Body, connect with God’s love for you. Know that you are chosen and valuable. That you are set apart from any lies and any darkness that is not God’s intent towards you. Engage the reality that you get to walk with God and listen to Him, and when you do things for Him or with Him, it will be easy and light, not heavy and drudge. Body, engage in the excitement of relationship where you are CHOSEN. You are picked and honored, and esteemed as God’s child, with gifts inside of you that you did not create, but was gifted to you. Relax in this truth and live in love.
Ephesians 1:4-6 - "Even as he chose us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and blameless before him. In love he predestined us for adoption to himself as sons through Jesus Christ, according to the purpose of his will, to the praise of his glorious grace, with which he has blessed us in the Beloved."
1 Peter 2:9 - "But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for his own possession, that you may proclaim the excellencies of him who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light."
John 6:37 - "All that the Father gives me will come to me, and whoever comes to me I will never cast out."
Ephesians 1:20-21 - "that raised Christ from the dead and seated him in the place of honor at God’s right hand in the heavenly realms. Now he is far above any ruler or authority or power or leader or anything else—not only in this world but also in the world to come."
I Am Wanted
I am wanted. God chose me before the foundation of the world. He wants me here for now. I am His child that he adores. He formed me in His image and put me together for now. He wants me to engage in relationship with Him. He finds joy in me and desires to walk and talk with me. He loves me! I do not have to perform or do anything to receive his love, it’s freely given and I can choose to accept it.
Heavenly Father, thank you for creating me and desiring relationship with me. Thank you for accepting me and creating me in your image. Thank you that I do not have to perform but am loved according to your abilities you gifted me. Father, I give you any lies that reflect that I am not wanted. I choose to forgive anyone that contributed to me believing the lie that I am not wanted, or that I must act a part to be wanted.
Body, release everything connected to the wound of performance or rejection. Release this pain that is in my heart, my mind, my body that reflects anything other that your truth of acceptance. Body, I want to fully connect with the reality of the Kingdom of God. I am loved and I am wanted and I do not have to do anything for this to happen. It just is. Because my Father in Heaven says this. Jesus demonstrated His great love in acceptance and that is my reality. The Kingdom of God is the Kingdom I live in and that is the reality I want my soul and body to engage.
Ephesians 1:11 - "In Him we also have obtained an inheritance, having been predestined according to the purpose of Him who works all things in accordance with the plan of His will,"
Ephesians 2:10 - "For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand so that we would walk in them."
John 3:16-17 - "For God so loved the world, that He gave His only Son, so that everyone who believes in Him will not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send the Son into the world to judge the world, but so that the world might be saved through Him.,"
John 17:22-26 - “The glory which You have given Me I also have given to them, so that they may be one, just as We are one; I in them and You in Me, that they may be perfected in unity, so that the world may know that You sent Me, and You loved them, just as You loved Me. Father, I desire that they also, whom You have given Me, be with Me where I am, so that they may see My glory which You have given Me, for You loved Me before the foundation of the world. Righteous Father, although the world has not known You, yet I have known You; and these have known that You sent Me; and I have made Your name known to them, and will make it known, so that the love with which You loved Me may be in them, and I in them.”

I Am Known
Psalm 139 - " Lord, You have searched me and known me. You know when I sit down and when I get up.
You understand my thought from far away. You scrutinize my path and my lying down and are acquainted with all my ways. Even before there is a word on my tongue, Behold, Lord, You know it all. You have encircled me behind and in front and placed Your hand upon me. Such knowledge is too wonderful for me; It is too high; I cannot comprehend it. Where can I go from Your Spirit? Or where can I flee from Your presence? If I ascend to heaven, You are there; If I make my bed in Sheol, behold, You are there. If I take up the wings of the dawn, If I dwell in the remotest part of the sea, even there Your hand will lead me, And Your right hand will take hold of me. If I say, “Surely the darkness will overwhelm me, And the light around me will be night,” Even darkness is not dark to You, And the night is as bright as the day. Darkness and light are alike to You. And see if there is any hurtful way in me and lead me in the everlasting way."
I am known and fully known by God. He knows my thoughts and everything about me, everything that I do- and loves me. He formed and created me in my mother’s womb. He knows me better than I know myself - He loves me.
Heavenly Father, please help me to understand how well that you know me. That you created me, that you formed me, that there is nowhere I can go that you will not be. That you say that I am fearfully and wonderfully made and that nothing of who I am is hidden from you. Help me to let go of the lies that I am not valuable or special to you, that no one notices me or cares about who I am. Help me to know the truth of how much you know, care and love me.
Body, I want you to let go of all the lies that reflect loneliness and give them to God. Know that He knows who you are, that you are His creation and that you are important to Him. Your life matters and has purpose.
I Am Purposeful
I have a purpose and reason for being here on earth. God has plans for me and His plans are good. Everything that happens in my life will work together for good, there is nothing that He will not use. My life is valuable and meaningful.
Heavenly Father, please help me to know that you have a purpose for me. That even though things may happen, despite what I might feel or what others may say that your plans for me are good. Help me to let go of all the lies that I was told or am believing that is contrary to that. Please help me to fully connect to your truth, to who you say I am, to what you say I can do. Help me to know that my life has purpose and meaning.
Body, I want you to connect all the way to the truth of who God says you are. That I am loved, valuable, important, and have a purpose to being here. I want you to release everything from the past and present that are lies – disconnecting from the tree of knowledge of good and evil and fully connect to the Tree of Life. I want you to live the life that God has created me for – and enjoy it.
Jeremiah 29:11 - " For I know the plans that I have for you,’ declares the Lord, ‘plans for prosperity and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope."
Ephesians 1:11 - " In Him we also have obtained an inheritance, having been predestined according to the purpose of Him who works all things in accordance with the plan of His will,"
I Am Secure
Psalms 91:4 - " He will cover you with His pinions, and under His wings you may take refuge; His faithfulness is a shield and wall."
Psalms 138:7 - " Though I walk in the midst of trouble, You will revive me; You will reach out with Your hand against the wrath of my enemies, and Your right hand will save me."
Psalms 46:1 - " God is our refuge and strength, A very ready help in trouble."
Psalms 32:7 - " You are my hiding place; You keep me from trouble; You surround me with songs of deliverance. Selah"
I am secure in God, I am safe. He will protect me, lead me and guide me. My God will deliver me. He is my refuge and strength. I am surrounded by Him, the ministering angels and the 24 elders, the cloud of witnesses – all of whom are protecting and shielding me.
Heavenly Father, Please help me to feel your safety and know that you are protecting me. That you are with me, that I can find refuge in you and that you will deliver me. That you surround me and even with things that happen you are always there. That I can go to you in times of trouble, when I need help. Can you please help me to let go of all the lies I was told and that I am believing about not being safe, or that you were not there or not here to protect me? The Scripture says, that you surround me, that you are my hiding place and that I can find safety in you.
Body, I need you to release fear, rejection, resentment, and anything else putting up a wall that is separating me from the security of God. Body, I need you to keep God in the Throne seat (seat of authority) in your life and allow God to lead you throughout this life. Accept the reality of the Kingdom of God over what you see in this Earthly realm. Body, You are safe. God is with you – protecting you, keeping you safe. You are okay and you have been or will be delivered from whatever it is that is troubling you. There is no reason to fear or be afraid because God is with you.
I Am Energetic
God has given me the gift of life. He has blessed me with the gift of His Kingdom, and that means the Spirit of Life is gifted to me. I accept this gift and engage it. This Spirit that raised the Messiah from the grave lives in me! He does not give me a Spirit of death, or drudge, but energy and joy. The Joy that comes from the Kingdom is regulating this body to be full of energy.
Heavenly Father, please help me to engage your fruits all the way and to know that all I need to do is rest in you. Help me to be still and know that You are God and you provide for me. That your Spirit lives in me. That you will give me what I need each and every moment of the day. Please take away the lies that I have believed in, that contradicts this truth and help me connect all the way to your truths.
Body, I want you to engage in the fruits of the spirit- with love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness gentleness, and self-control. You do not have to do anything to engage in this but rest. Take Jesus’ yoke on you- He will give you rest. This rest will allow you to become the host of all the gifts. Fruits come from a healthy root system and growth. So, rest in the Lord. He is your source. Be still and Know that He is God of me. Then, these fruits will come, and you will feel energy as in the Kingdom your Father created for you. You’re here with Him, He won’t leave you.
Galatians 5:22-23 - " But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law."
Matthew 11:29 - " Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls."
Psalms 46:10 - " He says, “Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.”
I Am Confident
I am confident in Christ – I know that I can do all things through Him who gives me strength. I am strong in Him, I am courageous. I am not afraid and I know that God is here by my side. I have a sound mind and He keeps me at peace.
Heavenly Father, please help me to know that my confidence comes from you and from you alone. That it is you that gives me strength, that there is nothing I need to fear because you are with me and you will never leave me and in that I can have confidence in what I do and what I say. Help me to let go all the way of the lies I was told and connect all the ways to your truth. The Scripture says, that you will never fail me, that you are always there and that you have not given me a Spirit of Fear but of power, love and a sound mind.
Body, you are confident. You are not afraid. Your strength comes from God. He gives you a Spirit of Power and love. You can do all things through Christ who gives you strength, no matter what it may look or feel like you can do it. I want you to have the confidence that comes from God, while he sits on the Throne seat of your heart (seat of authority in your life).
Philippians 4:13 - " I can do all this through him who gives me strength."

I Have No Fear
I am not afraid, God is with me. I have strength and have been delivered from all my fears. I am strong and courageous, I am protected. God leads me and guides me and is on my side.
Heavenly Father, please sit on the Throne seat of my heart (seat of authority) and help me to know that I do not have to be afraid of what has happened or what may happen. Help me to be able to be strong in you, knowing that you will give me the strength and everything that I need in every situation. Knowing that you will protect me. Help me to let go of the lies that my body is believing about being afraid and help me, please, to stop connecting to fear. I want to be able to connect only to You and Your truths. The Scripture says that you will help me, that you will deliver me and that you are with me wherever I go.
Body, I want you to connect to being strong and courageous in God. Father God, I give you all fear. I want you to let go of everything that says that I can’t and that I need to be fearful and connect all the way to who God says I am, as I listen for His direction and His truth.
Psalms 118:6 - " The Lord is for me; I will not fear; What can man do to me?"
Isaiah 41:10 - " Do not fear, for I am with you; Do not be afraid, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, I will also help you, I will also uphold you with My righteous right hand."
Psalms 34:4 - " I sought the Lord and He answered me and rescued me from all my fears."
Joshua 1:9 - " Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous! Do not be terrified nor dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.”
I Have No Condemnation
I have no condemnation because I am in Christ, and we are one. There is no right or wrong, due to Jesus’ love and gift of forgiveness. He is the Tree of Life, where I can enjoy relationship with Him, resting in Him, trusting in Him, walking and talking with Him. I am free and do not have to worry about if I am doing it wrong or right because I am no longer connected to the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil, which only brings death. That pressure of performance is no longer going to hold me back, or make me sick.
Heavenly Father, please help me to know that there is no condemnation for those who trust in you. That all I need to do is to rest in You, enjoy our relationship without fear, and trust you. Open my eyes and ears to engage your reality over any lies I’ve been taught about performance or you being an angry God. I only want to believe the reality you paid for, the reality you desire for us to have, one where there is Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Gentleness, Faithfulness, and Self-Control given to us freely, in our relationship and then through me to this world as I love who you give me to love.
Body, I want you to engage the reality of God, His Kingdom, His Truth. I want God to sit in Authority in you so that the rules of this world are no longer the rules of me. I want the Kingdom to come in me- body, only believe the truths given by God that you are blameless, loved, valued, and pure. Not by anything you can do but because of the great love of the Father, given through Jesus. You are the light of this world. You are the host of love. Take this as truth, and live in peace.
John 17:20-23 - " I am praying not only for these disciples but also for all who will ever believe in me through their message. I pray that they will all be one, just as you and I are one—as you are in me, Father, and I am in you. And may they be in us so that the world will believe you sent me. I have given them the glory you gave me, so they may be one as we are one. I am in them and you are in me. May they experience such perfect unity that the world will know that you sent me and that you love them as much as you love me."
Romans 8:1 - " So now there is no condemnation for those who belong to Christ Jesus."
Psalms 34:22 - " But the Lord will redeem those who serve him. No one who takes refuge in him will be condemned."
John 3:17 - " God sent his Son into the world not to judge the world, but to save the world through him."
Matthew 5:14 - " You are the light of the world—like a city on a hilltop that cannot be hidden."
I Have Life
Jesus is the Life given to the world. He has gifted whoever believes with living life in abundance. He restored man to the reality of Eden, walking and talking with God and governing this Earth from the Kingdom. Now, we are one with God, through Jesus. We are powerful to believe the truth of Life through Jesus. Because of this we can administer life as Jesus did and does through us.
Heavenly Father, I choose to believe the truth you paid for. That I am made in your image and that I am one with you. I have died with Christ and now I live, as Christ living through me. Father, I give you any lies that are less than what you want for me. I give you any doubt, fear, or unbelief in the sacrifice that paid for my oneness with you. Lord, because of this payment, I can walk in life as you overcame death and engaged life for me.
Body, I want you to engage the reality of Heaven. As God sits on the throne seat of your heart, only hear the truth He has for you. That you are alive in Christ, that you are living now as Christ walking on this Earth. Body, I do not want you to be primary, I want Jesus’ Spirit to talk through you and walk in your body. I want you to engage every part of the oneness of God, just as Jesus’ did while He was on Earth. Body, hear what Father says and say it. See what He is doing and do it. All, while resting in the love and peace, and life of Jesus’ now on Earth as it is in Heaven.
Galatians 2:20 - " My old self has been crucified with Christ.. It is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me. So I live in this earthly body by trusting in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me."
John 10:10 - "The thief’s purpose is to steal and kill and destroy. My purpose is to give them a rich and satisfying life."
John 8:12 - " Jesus spoke to the people once more and said, “I am the light of the world. If you follow me, you won’t have to walk in darkness, because you will have the light that leads to life.”
Psalms 16:11 - " You will show me the way of life, granting me the joy of your presence and the pleasures of living with you forever."
Romans 8:6 - " So letting your sinful nature control your mind leads to death. But letting the Spirit control your mind leads to life and peace"
