Carla's passion is to hear from God and allow Him to guide the healing process. In these prayer sessions and meditations below Carla teaches the individual to hear God's voice and walk out His directions. This process is secure in scripture and offers the most healing to the body, soul and spirit.

We are made up of a soul, body, and spirit.  These three parts function as a whole.  With this being said, there are many parts to each one of these areas that make us who we are.  We are made to rule and reign in this life.  God designed us to do so.  So that we have knowledge in what we are doing, it’s important to know our function.

Spirit

Our Spirit is seated in Heavenly places with Christ Jesus.  Once we begin our relationship with Jesus, we become aware of our seat of authority that has been gifted by God, through Jesus. In this awareness we can understand who we truly are as children of God.

Ephesians 2:6- For he raised us from the dead along with Christ and seated us with him in the heavenly realms because we are united with Christ Jesus.

Soul

Our soul is made up of mind, will, and emotions.  The fruit of the heart reflects our soul’s state. As we purify our soul through truth, it heals and produces the fruit of the kingdom of God.

1 Peter 1:22 "You were cleansed from your sins when you obeyed the truth, so now you must show sincere love to each other as brothers and sisters. Love each other deeply with all your heart."

Revelation 5:10 "And you have caused them to become a Kingdom of priests for our God. And they will reign on the earth.”

Body

We are gifted a body when we come to Earth.  Our soul is deposited inside of this body; however, we are not just this body.  During the first seven or so years of life, we are downloading information with Theta brain waves, that create our reality, and will be our subconscious.  If we have a safe environment, then our reality is more confident than if our beginnings are not as safe.  This affects chemical make-up and patterns that are stored throughout our body and is intertwined with our soul.

Governing The Body with the Tree of Life

Tree of Life - God gave Adam and Eve governance over themselves, the land, animals, and anything in their world.  In this world, there are two trees that have amazing properties.  The Tree of Life, is self-explanatory.  It allowed for life.  The ability to walk and talk with Father God and engage in a fun relationship with Him.  There was no mention of performance, just enjoying each other.  This Tree was in the middle of the Garden of Eden.  The center of their world.  They ate from it regularly.  Walked with Father God regularly and enjoyed life.

The Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil - This tree is also self-explanatory.  This tree opened eyes to see if one is doing it RIGHT or doing it WRONG.  God said if they eat of this tree they will die.  This tree stopped the relationship of fun, and switched the reality to a performance based relationship/ lifestyle.  "Am I doing it right, Are they doing it wrong?" are thoughts that form the basis of the human that consumes this tree.  This kills our bodies and stunts who we are (our gifting).  Most importantly, it severs our walking and talking with God.

Philippians 4:4-7 shows what it looks like for God's kids who are plugged in to the Tree of Life- "the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension (tree of knowledge), will guard your hearts and your minds (gates and doors) in Christ Jesus (Tree of Life)."

Philippians 4:4-7- "Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, rejoice! Let your gentle spirit be known to all people. The Lord is near. Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and pleading with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus."

The Vagus Nerve

We are made in God's image- He created by speaking, and so do we!  When we speak, the Earthly Realm listens.  Proverbs 18:21 "Death and Life are in the power of the tongue and those who love it will eat it's fruit."

Whatever we have agreement with, we produce it's fruit.

Fruits of the Kingdom of God:

Our bodies are made to reflect our agreements- The Vagus Nerve is the longest nerve in the body.  It connects major organs from our head all the way down our legs.  When a person experiences trauma or has generational trauma in their family line, this nerve becomes disregulated to peace and reregulated to protection.  This feels like anxiety/ stress/ stomach issues, tight muscles, physical pain or disease in the body. One way this nerve is regulated, is by our hearing.  (SSP Protocol) - helps regulate the nervous system through frequencies put to music.  We can also regulate our body with the anointing we have over our own body with our words - Matthew 15:11, 18 "(11) It is not what enters the mouth that defiles the person, but what comes out of the mouth, this defiles the person.; (18) But the things that come out of the mouth come from the heart, and those things defile the person". Going back to Proverbs, we know that our minds and heart are influenced by what we speak.

As we receive the truth of God and speak it aloud to ourselves (or others), our nervous system, or theirs will benefit with the life that comes from your heart.

David asked God to search his heart to see if there is anything wicked inside of it

Psalm 139:23,24 "Search me, God, and know my heart; Put me to the test and know my anxious thoughts; And see if there is any hurtful way in me, And lead me in the everlasting way."

This is a great prayer.  Ask God to look in your heart to see if there is any darkness there and If so, then go through the steps written in this app or website, to realign it to the Life we have through Jesus.  When we speak with our heart connected to this Life, Life comes forth from us through our words (John 7:37, 38) and heals our land/ ourselves.

John 7:37-38 "Now on the last day, the great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried out, saying, “If anyone is thirsty, let him come to Me and drink. The one who believes in Me, as the Scripture said, ‘From his innermost being will flow rivers of living water.’”

Our Fragmented Parts

As you go through these steps, you will often hear "Every Part of Me" or "Ask yourself, what part of me is connected?" and maybe other phrases that talk about our different parts.

When we are wounded,  parts of us become fragmented in our hearts. Matthew 12:25 talks about Jesus, in knowing their thoughts,  saw they were divided in their house/ city and this would cause destruction.  2 Corinthians 5:1-3 (see below) refers to our body being our house.

In psychology, it is shown that a person can be fragmented with a trauma.  For example, a person that has a wound when they were 3 years old of being abandoned can grow up and when the abandoned wound is touched, act like a "3 year old" with their spouse/ family / friend/ self.  This person does not always act 3, however with the wound, they are "triggered" to go to where the wound was and act accordingly. This is a house divided.  Many have this issue and in asking God to search our hearts, can be healed as the heart connects all the way with the Kingdom of God.

Matthew 12:25 "And knowing their thoughts, Jesus said to them, “Every kingdom divided against itself is laid waste; and no city or house divided against itself will stand."

2 Corinthians 5:1-3 "Our bodies are like tents that we live in here on earth. But when these tents are destroyed, we know that God will give each of us a place to live. These homes will not be buildings someone has made, but they are in heaven and will last forever. While we are here on earth, we sigh because we want to live in that heavenly home. We want to put it on like clothes and not be naked."

What if I can't hear from God?

God is always talking to you.  He has not left you alone, and He has not rejected you. He wants you to relationship with Him.  There are some reasons we cannot hear from Him:

  • We dismiss his communication because we don’t understand.  God will talk to us in many ways.  Sometimes, He gives us thoughts when we ask Him questions.  He will also give some people various colors, or pictures in their minds, He will also give people various scriptures, He will give people visions, and also give feelings.  He will also send situations or people to communicate to you.

  • We believe a lie that God will not talk to us.  We are powerful to create our situation.  If we believe God won’t talk to us, then we won’t here His communication.  If we believe He doesn’t love us, we can’t enter into the fruit of the love He freely gives.  However, no matter what you believe, you are not alone, and He fully is engaged.

  • We have a wall up.  Sometimes we put up walls around our hearts to protect ourselves from being hurt. There is nothing wrong or bad about this.  This is what we needed to do to feel as safe as possible.  However, when we enter into the relationship with God, these walls get in the way of communication.  It is simple to take down these walls.  Ask God, Will you protect me if the wall is down?  If you feel a yes, or get a yes, simply ask Him to, please take down the wall.  Once you notice the wall is down, walk to Him and ask what He wants you to know.  If the wall does not go down, you can ask Him, “What am I believing that is stopping this wall from going down all the way?”  Ask, what the truth is. Once you hear this, then you can tell your body to engage the truth, and then ask God the Father, Jesus, or Holy Spirit what He wants you to know.

  • Our body is engaged in a lower frequency.  Our body is like an antenna to receive communication from God and the spiritual realm. The enemy can interfere in this situation if our heart is “dull” or programmed lower.  For us to change our frequency, we can:

    • speak the “truth of God” over our body (while tapping slowly and taking deep breaths)- I’m loved, chosen, never alone, etc.

    • engage a positive or peaceful image or memory in our mind, breathing slowly and tapping

    • Engage gratitude or thankfulness.  “I’m thankful for the sun, my family, breath, etc.”
